Welcome home. If you scanned the code on your box, you’re in the right place. Here’s how to enjoy what’s inside.

  1. Open the sleeve

    The LOCAL GIFTS sleeve holds cards from businesses near your new home. Each one is a complimentary offer.

  2. Read each card

    The business, the offer, any restrictions and the expiration date are printed right on the card. Every card is a little different.

  3. Visit before it expires

    Bring the card with you, hand it over, and say hello. Each card is valid until the date printed on it.

  • Welcome boxes are complimentary and go to selected new homeowners, so not every household will receive one.
  • Each offer comes from the participating business and is subject to the restrictions printed on its card.
